Must Reads – Central Falls Update

The Central Falls school district in Rhode Island reached a deal with teachers and have changed course with their reform efforts. After initially choosing the turnaround model, which requires firing all of the staff at a school, the district has switched to the transformation model and the fired educators will return this Fall.
