U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will join NEA President Dennis Van Roekel and AFT President Randi Weingarten at a roundtable forum to recognize the collaboration between the Hillsborough County Teachers Association and Hillsborough County Public Schools on their progressive labor-management contract, along with the Empowering Effective Teachers initiative.
