Fees Up at Schools

Struggling with  budget cuts and funding deficiencies, public schools across the country are applying or raising fees for supplies, activities, classes and more. Administrators say the fees “allow them to continue to offer specialty classes and activities that would otherwise fall to the budget ax.” Source: Wall Street Journal
