California Lawmakers Pass Gay History Bill

The California Assembly on Wednesday approved the Fair, Accurate, Inclusive and Respectful Education Act, which would add lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people to the list of social and ethnic groups that schools must include in lessons. Gov. Jerry Brown has not said whether he would sign or veto the bill. Source: The Orange County Register
