Jobs Bill Still Alive, Piece by Piece

President Barack Obama is still pressing lawmakers in Washington to start taking up pieces of his jobs bill. The Senate moved to vote soon on one part, a plan to help states hire teachers – a proposal that, according to a new CNN poll,  has the support of the overwhelming majority of Americans.
