Missouri Bill Would Require Schools to Check Immigration Status

Missouri has become the latest state to try to require new students to provide their school with information about their immigration status. The measure recently introduced in the state legislature is similar to laws passed in Alabama and Arizona. In both states, federal judges have blocked implementation of parts of the laws.
