The reports on the performance — and profit – of cyber schools should concern everyone. Just as consumers are protected from substandard products through strict regulation and research, writes Kathy Hayes of Michigan Association of School Boards, shouldn’t they also expect a similar level of protection for one of our most important rights – public education?
