Expanding Student Horizons Virtually

Cape Henlopen High School in Delaware employed a five-step strategy to introduce videoconferencing as an alternative to on-site field trips and guest speaking engagements. First it secured the funding and then it consulted with the various district- and state-level experts about the project.
